Ceremony Services:
Music playback for pre-ceremony and post-ceremony ambience, as well as for the entrance and exit of the wedding party.
Expert mixing of microphones for the officiant, any other speaking moments and live music for any musicians or vocalists performing before, during, or after the ceremony.
The audio setup for this package features 1 simple PA system, which includes:
Two main speakers on stands.
6 channel mixer for audio inputs.
A wireless headset or lapel microphone for the officiant to ensure clear communication during the ceremony.
A wireless handheld microphone and stand for any additional speakers during the ceremony.
An iPad for reliable music playback.
Additional inputs for live musicians/vocalists as needed.
Additional Features:
We can provide a live audio feed mix or an MP3 recording of the ceremony to any videographer or person designated for event capture, making sure every moment is preserved.
Pre-Event Planning Services:
Venue Walk-Through: We conduct a pre-event walkthrough at the venue to finalize the setup location, assess power availability, and address load-in/out logistics, parking, and venue-specific rules.
Consultation: We love to engage with our clients to understand your musical preferences and event vision. This discussion includes song requests, favorite genres for the playlist, the order of events, and any additional needs to ensure your ceremony is perfectly tailored to your wishes.

Reception Services:
As your reception MCs, we tailor our style to match the atmosphere you desire, whether it's high-energy or more relaxed. We seamlessly adapt to any crowd and manage all key reception events, including but not limited to:
Cocktail hour and/or dinner background music.
Announcements for wedding party entrances, dinner table releases, toasts, first dances, cake cutting, bouquet and garter tosses, grand exit, and even clean-up.
Dance floor music for the back half of the reception.
The audio setup for this package features 1 full PA system, which includes:
Two main speakers and two subwoofers for rich, full sound.
16 channel mixer for audo inputs.
Two wireless mics for MC use.
Two roaming wireless mics for toasts.
A computer for reliable music playback and DJ setlist/dance floor playlist mixing.
Additional inputs for live music as needed.

We can bring an LED projector and a screen that can be used to display photo/video slideshows during your reception for all your guests to view and enjoy. Slide shows or videos need to be delivered to us in an .mp4, .MOV or PowerPoint file type in order to play from our system.
